Alright, I'm having serious issues with my DS. When I bought it, it sucked. It didn't shoot stock darts. I figured it was an issue with the poor seal between the barrels and the stock of the gun.

So I sawed the barrels off and nested 3 inches of 1/2" SCH40 and 9/16 brass in the barrels. I want it to work with my micros.

Ive tried to fix what I assumed was a poor seal in the gun, due to its design. I've used hot glue around the black rubber on the stock. Still doesn't shoot.

I've opened it up and hot glued the connections in the air tubes that come out of the plunger tubes.

My darts work great in my other guns, and the brass works great in my Lock N Load. I know other people have had problems with brass in this gun but I'm not convinced that's the problem.

I realize I got stuck with a crap gun to begin with, but does anyone have any ideas?

Unless you're extremely talented with hot glue use, I doubt just putting a ring of hot glue will solve your problem. Maybe some foam craft sheeting, although you'd probably need stronger springs to ensure the shells seal against the new foam. Although with your barrel replacement; did you do away with the shells entirely? If you did, I've found it in my experiance to be very difficult to line up the barrels so that they can create a solid seal with the black rubber rings.

Although to make a long story short, I've abandoned the Double Shot, basically because I really didn't see too much potential after playing around a little bit. A few people have had some semblance of luck, look around NHQ for some of the links.

I removed the spring shell ejectors in both barrels, so theoretically, the rubber on the end of the plunger hoses should line up directly behind the darts themselves, in pvc/brass barrels. I see your point regarding the barrels lining up with the rubber. I'm sure my issue lies within the crap plungers.

I'm quickly losing hope with this thing. As cool as the shotgun idea was, half that coolness is lost without the shell ejection... and the other half lost cuz it doesn't actually shoot... <_<
