Well, I got some 1/2" FBR from the local ACE Hardware to go with my 1/2" Cpvc pipe, but when I got home and tried the fit, the FBR had to literaly be shoved in and after I made a couple of stefans for testing purposes, I found that then got ruined from repeated shoving into the CPVC. I tried stretching but I accidentally tore the FBR. Any Help?

Sand down the inside of the CPVC on an angle a bit until they fit better. A dremel works great for this.
Don't forget to eat your meat based vegetable substitute children.

You have 2 options
1) buy a different brand of FBR and hope it fits
2) use brass barrels...cpvc is tighter than brass (17/32)
