Copper (Cu):
Atomic Mass: 63.546 amu
Melting Point: 1083 C
Density: 8.96 g/cm3
Brass (80/20):
Composition: 80% Cu, 20% Zn
Melting Point: 1000 C
Density: 8.75 g/cm3
They're almost the same! Well, not quite... brass is a copper/zinc alloy created to increase the tensile strength of copper. But the biggest difference is what they're used for.
Copper is available primarily as parts for plumbing and is sold in a couple of standard sizes with relatively large wall thickness.
Brass is sold as a construction material for the hobbyist (not hobbit, that's different) and is used to build working scale steam engines, cannons, and more mundane things probably. It's commonly available with 1/64" wall thickness in 1/32" increments.
Copper is usually cheaper and easier to find but is a hit-or-miss proposition as it doesn't fit most FBR. If you happen to have FBR that fits copper well, there's no reason not to use it. If your FBR does not fit copper, brass is your friend. Brass fits everything and can be nested to provide a graduated degree of tightness around your darts.

Nerf hasn't stopped producing blasters. There are a few new ones in-line to be released soon. Don't worry, Nerf won't stop. Even if they did, we have older guns floating around, and homemades.
As for the Pizza thing...that's just a mystery of life, duder. No one knows. 'cept those fools at Dominoes...won't deliver to my house...I'll get them back.

For the pizza thing, square boxes are easier to make and can be folded for easier storage.

Speaking of those fools at Dominos...
Way back in the day (aka a month or so ago), when our school Nerf wars were still going on, people would resort to all kinds of trickery to shoot people. One method was to dress up as a pizza man, delivery man, mail man, etc. Anyway, unknown to me at the time, my mom had ordered pizza for our family. I was in my room on my computer and I see a car with a Domino's sign on top of it... or that's atleast what they wanted me to think! I was on to them from the minute they pulled up. Now the guy was pretty good, he had a real pizza, a real uniform, and a real delivery route even, but that wasn't enough to fool me! As he was walking up our sidewalk, I grabbed my Crossbow and nailed that bitch right in the chest, and let out a victory "I GOT YOU BIAAAAAAAAATCH!" But this guy was too good for that, he played along still and even delivered the pizza, which we paid for! Sheesh... talk about dedication.
Since then, Domino's has refused to deliver to our house for some odd reason...

No, the new ballzooka is a crank-operated gun, like the Razorbeast. The pistol comes a new type of dart, and with a "smart target" that counts your points when you shoot at it. But we all know that the target will be neglected after a day or so, and we will graduate to moving targets. (dogs, cats, random delivery men) As for the sling shot...
...well let's just not talk about the sling shot
