I used to play Magic but I stopped when the Mirridan set came out. I had a killer elf deck where I took an early lead but then swarmed.

Can't say I've played it myself, but I did dig up this little topic.

In the big picture I'm still next to nothing, he never talks to me.

I did about 4 years ago. I played a black destroy creature deck normally. It featured double Avs of Woe, and I stuck a Plague Wind in it for kicks. It took a lot of mana, but once I got rolling, I couldn't be stopped.

Then I borrowed my collection to one of my friends. I haven't seen my cards since. It's a pity; I had about $800 invested in them. I still have enough to make a very weak blue/red/green deck. Nothing special now, except for a few dragon legends.

I used to play it too. Only for like a year though. I still have the cards. Do you guys think I should sell em or keep them and sell them later?

I don't get my kicks out of you,
I don't feel the way I used to do.
I know its bad,
After what we had,
But I’m just not the angel you knew.

I personally would sell them now, but it really depends on your age. I haven't played Magic in 6 years and no longer have any cards. At least here, no one in my age group really plays Magic anymore.

I stopped playing seriously when I was about 23.

Somewhere around FE/4e.

Returned a few years later and played for amusement only during the Urza/Masques era. Stopped again.

Still have about a thousand cards though.

Yeah I still play, not a whole lot but I have a good couple of friends who play daily or semi weeklly at least and we all throw down a few games every now and then. I've got some insane decks. Some I'm not allowed to play with due to my friends quivering in fear when ever I pull them out of my deck box.

I'm 13 and I played about 2 years ago but like a month ago on a boring weekend I played my brother.
-To answer ForsakenAngel's question I guess I'd sell them now but they really aren't worth that much. There is a website that sells cards, you could probably get estimates there(google it)

I have a few decks. I mainly play my defense/offense white deck. With every circle of protection, even shadow.

Oh wait, that's actually one? Everyone but artifacts.... Anyways artifacts have never really been a problem when I've played. I also need some more clerics in my deck, I only have one...
