I like the NF, although I'm not too fond of all-black paintjobs. I'd put a few details on there and maybe chop off the rail on top of the EX-3s. My friend did that and covered it with some foam craft sheet, looked just like an old edition. Really nice, especially if it's your first paintjob (is it?).

I like the overall look of the paintjob, and the barrel is rather well done. Smooth painting, too. However, I'm puzzled over the purpose of the massive tube on top of the Mk. 1.

That flat-black paintjob and silencer are very well done. I really like the overall look of that guy. I also like the blue unpainted areas; they give the gun a little character. Very nice job.

The massive tube also bewilders me.

Apparently it is to be used as a stock.

Nice paintjob though you may want to add something to the back of the stock tube thing to make it more... stock-like, but then again you may not. My only negative comment is that the caulk for the solitaire is, no nice way to put this, ugly. You could try putting it in a 1/2" pvc coupler and putting the coupler in the hole. This would still require adhesive to attach but it would be much neater.

EDIT: Nevermind what I said about the caulk asthere isn't any, I was tired and there was glare on the the second picture and it looked just like someone glabbed on some caulk to hold it in.

Nice job, on the nf paintjob. Maybe you could add a little more blue on some spots, but thats just my taste.

Looks great for an indoor war or even a nerf war. In an assassin game however, the cops would probably shoot first.

Just a thought: you should make/mod a scope so that it can be mounted interchangeably with the stock.

I DO like all-black paintjobs, and I really like the kind of texture that you have on the gun. I often use Krylon Fusion black paint and I wind up with 'shiny' guns, not the dull-black I'm looking for. How'd you do it?

Having a stock on a Nitefinder is a personal choice, so I'll respect yours on that. Putting a scope on a NF as the last poster suggested would be kind of a waste, IMHO. You don't need a scope to shoot 50 feet.

Just another comment, I actually like the rail on top of the new NF's. I'm mildly pissed off that the spring is less strong, but other than that, I like the look of the gun better.

Well, adding a scope was in hope of making the gun shoot farther (ala ForsakenAngel's disputed range claims).

Might I suggest adding a 90 degree angle and a short piece of pvc/cpvc on the end of your stock? I too have done this and found it a little discomforting. Adding these two pieces made it a ot easier on my shoulder. Very nice on the paint job too.

Hah, put good use to the barrel i gave you :P (minus the silencer, only the brass and plunger tube cap)

GJ, I like the "gunmetal" affect, not the glossy plastic paintjobs other's have done.

I am currently making an endpiece from the stock.

And the paint is a matte black furniture-paint. I found it at Home Depot for about $3 a can. Very nice stuff.

Thanks for viewing my guns. I forgot I made this post, and just checked back on it.

No, I meant I was hoping he would also make it shoot farther, like yours. He would then have a use for the scope.

I like it too. The "stock" looks like it might be a blowgun too. For what purposes? No clue.

I like it. The blue that isn't painted looks cool because it looks like it's Pin-Stripped. If you do decide to chop of the rail, I suggest making it look level and making sure the Foam Craft Sheet looks almost excact to the top of the gun, this way the gun looks smooth and awesome. I just hack-sawed mine and it's uneven, crooked and looks like crap, so make sure you get it right. But I think it still looks better than standard edition EX-3. Good job.
