is there any modifacations for the tek 10

DON'T mod tek 10 they suck when they are modded.

Uh, they suck worse stock, so why not mod them?
Just try something, it's not that hard. Chop off the barrels and replace them.

He, that link took me to an error page. That's why most people don't search before posting something: BECAUE THEY DO, but the page just gives them an "internal error" and doesn't tell them what went wrong.

Anyway, about the tek10: here's what I did:

Hmm...the link worked fine for me a day ago. You can go to Tinkerer's site, Foamageddon; he's got a good writeup for it. I'm too lazy to get the URL though.
