One friend says Call of Duty the other says Call of Duty 2. But they haven't played the opposite they picked.

So really I can't go on which one is better. Can somebody tell me which one in your oppinion is better?

Oh and this is for myself, not just a random poll. I need to know for Christmas.

Neither. Both of them have predictable A.I and it's very easy on the hardest setting.

Yeah, Call of duty united offensive, it's the expansion pack, but makes the game so much better. In uo you can drive tanks, jeep, and German motorcycles. It also adds new weapons, like portible heavy machine guns, and semi-auto. If there is no vehicles in multiplayer, the lag seems like alot smaller. Uo is also alot easier to make maps for, or so I've heard.

COD I think is the best WW2 game I've played. The best multiplayer one is COD UO. However I think that COD2 has great singleplayer, both have their ups and downs. I dont like COD2 multiplayer because its really easy to die, and the guns dont have any realistic fire, no kick back and whatnot. So if it were up to me get both and try them out for yourself. Also dont forget xbox CoD and xbox360 BigRedOne...

Wow thanks for that post nerforbust. That was contributive. If you were gonna post at all why don't you suggest maybe a different game than those I've listed.

Anyways, for those wondering, I am using a PS2. So that might be of some help for picking the better game.

Oh, I thought you meant pc. CoD sucks for ps2, do not wast your time money, frustration, sanity on CoD for ps2,not sure about the big red one though. Get brothers in arms either one if you want a good game.

I have COD2 for gamecube and it has some of the best graphics ive ever seen but ya the guns arn't the most realistic

Call of Duty has better gameplay, but I think Brothers in Arms is probably more historically accurate.

I'm pretty sure the console COD's have HORRIBLE AI, Brothers in Arms is definetly the better series.

I'm sorry, but what do you mean by Call of Duty? Do you mean CoD2 for the 360? You confused me since I figured it was in comparision to CoD2: Big Red One.

In that case, CoD2 for the 360. It rocks.

I prefer COD of the two, I suppose. I'm currently playing through earned in blood, but it's taking me forever since I keep on getting frustrated and leaving the system. There need to be more checkpoints or something. I also find the system like too damn realistic at times, in an annoying way. Say, if you pop up behind three germans in a line, shouldn't one be able to spray machine gun fire in a line from left to right, and you know, hit them all? Nah. I've gone through a twenty round BAR clip and not killed any of them in that type of situation. You have to target them individually, which gives you one kill normally before they start gunning you down.

Also, a quick note to those people that make the video game things: Stop naming the hardest difficulty "Realistic!" Perhaps you did program the player with a realistic amount of health, but the same can never, ever be said of the enemy characters. They always have more health then hard or whatever, when everyone should be notably more wimpy. I sure as hell couldn't take a round or two in the chest and keep going. Most people, yours truly included, would probably be curled up in a fetal position on the floor in under a second. So why can every one of them just "walk it off" basically? Let us think on this.

Yea, except halo isnt a WW2 (World War Two) game, its set in the future. Also, check the spelling, it can't be that hard you only typed three words.

1. Halo is NOT a WWII game! It's based in the FUTURE. WWII has already happened.
2. He didn't even ask which is the best game, he asked which is better. So even if halo was a WWII game, it wouldn't have mattered.
