I took out the posts. But I couldn't shoot, then I found out it was like the RF20 so I took the posts from the rings so it could shoot. That made it really weak. I am lucky if I get 5 feet. Does any one know how to make it stronger?

Posted Image This what it should look like. Do your darts fit the barrels? Because my darts don't fit the barrels. Nice job on the images though, thanks.

I had the same problem when I modded my mav, even after returning the rings, it would hardly shoot at all. The problem is that the rings sit relatively loose in orange casing. I just glued the ring onto the part that the ring fits over (the ring fits over each barrel inside the revolver), and then glued the "top" (the part that you unscrewed from the orange revolver/casing part) to all 6 rings at once. After it all dried and such, it fired better than stock.

This gluing process was described in an earlier thread somewhere, with photos. It might be worth looking for...

The darts do fit the barrel. I might be what the other guy said. I will look for it. Thanks for the help.

You could replace it, and please don't double post.

The marverick doesn't have a pump, it has a plunger, is that what your talking about? I was talking about replacing the spring.

I wouldn't replace the spring because whan I did that the part on the plunger that catches the metal pin broke clean off. Now I am modding it to be a nightmav.

Same thing happened to me. But I only stretched the spring.

I replaced that piece with a lump of epoxy. Haven't had any problems since.
