I'm just wondering, but will the spring or strength of the gun change if you were to load your gun for a long time. Example, load your maverick, and pull the cocking mechanism back, the gun is now loaded, if you were to leave the gun like that for like a couple hours, will the strength of the gun get weaker??

It would either make it weaker, but most likely, do nothing.If you leave it like that for months, it'll break.

Hey so during a nerf war, do you guys load your pistols and put them in your holsters, or do you pull back the cocking mechanism when your about to fire your gun.

No, it will not make your gun weaker. Depending on the type of spring, the spring itself may actually warp over a LONG period of time or 'set' to it's held shape. Most good quality springs will not set if left in shape for a while.
