Ok so I'm at my local zellers and what do I see? An Air tech 4000 on the shelf.
It was out of the box and came with no darts but was only 10 bucks so i figured, why not? So I take it home and before I even opened it up I noticed the turret didn't rotate. So I opened it up and as I did it looked like someone had already tried to mod it because there were 2 screws with round heads coming out.
The gun fires fine but I seriously need help here. What is screwing me over is the 2 gray peices behind the turret and the black peice on the blue rod that can swing like a crane or a record needle. Sorry I dont have a digi-cam or I would gladly take photos. Yes I have searched and found a few posts by reverse vampire and they havent been able to help me either. If anyone can help me out please do.

I don't get my kicks out of you,
I don't feel the way I used to do.
I know its bad,
After what we had,
But I’m just not the angel you knew.

I haven't opened an AT4k in nearly a year. The little gray part is very delicate and broke on mine. I'll try to get you a picture next month (if I remember) when I get to where the gun is. Is the problem with the spring wound in the gray thing? You have to thread the tip of it through the gray part. In terms of that little roundish, slightly oblong thing that goes in over the larger gray part with the coil... it has a very special way for it to fit snugly and it's not likely to fit very well. I eventually had to replace various parts with nails and lots of strong adhesives and... it still doesn't quite work. I'll work on it when I'm home from school at winter break. Good luck, PM me again if you need help. Sorry I can't be any or lucid on this issue.

No worries man. I have tried fixing this thing and placing it in many different places/angles/rotations and it still wont work. A good 4 hours have been wasted and its going on the back burner. Thanks for the help though I am going to try it again and waste no longer than 10 minutes this time. If it still doesnt work I wont get back to it untill I get a pic from you.

Thanks again.

EDIT: Oh and Happy B-day to me.
