For those of you who need coffee in the morning to get going, try eating an apple instead. Studies have shown that subjects eating an apple in the morning receive the same "waking up" effects as a person who drinks a coffee. (Muscular Development)
Also for those of you who cannot have sugar: There is a shop inside Bally's gyms that sell these mints called "Stingers". There is no sugar in them and taking 2 equals the same amount of caffeine in Red Bull. Tasty too (Cinnamon rocks)
Honey is especially good after physcially exerting yourself. It will help restore your Glycogen (energy) levels. Certain fruits with high levels of simple sugars (fructose) will also work.
Going back to the older days I remember Jolt. Going back even farther I can remember just dumping a pack of jello powder in my mouth. Or even a scoop or two of tang and being ridiculously wired for an hour and then crashing hard.

I know its bad,
After what we had,
But I’m just not the angel you knew.

maybe i can get my wussy 12-year-old followers into nerfing shape. they preformed poorly at armageddon, the only good move i saw by any of them was when my brothers friend (about 11, kind of tall for his age, asian, short hair) shot VACC (when almost everyone was watching). There were only three people left in the game and VACC had just capped off the other kid, pistol style.

I drink it with buttloads of sugar. If the occasion arises, I will drink it black, but I'm much more of a Sweet Swedish Gasoline guy. Too bad it makes me piss so much...It's hard to sit through class with a bladder full of coffee-piss. That also happened to me when I took the ACT...not cool.I love coffee (black) the best.
