I breathed life into a classic- my old Tetra Strike. Plugged the OPRV, and added speedloaders. Now with 30 pumps on that ridiculous stock pump, you can send darts to about 90 feet, and leave welts with slugs under 30 feet. Not bad for a $7 blaster.

Just finished a 4B in a Rayven shell, looks pretty clean, and is very small and compact, as shown in the last picture when put next to my pumpsnap 3.0.

Capt Slug thinks this thread is idiotic. Why did any of you seriously reply to this?

Why so serious?

This is my Strongarm freshly finished being painted...

(This is my first ever paint job, I didn't mod anything, just gave it a lick of paint)

The shiny protective coat makes taking a photo a pain in the arse.

Purple detailing.

Slightly better pic of the body (less glare) so you can see the gun metal effect.

Well, I'm not positive if this is the perfect place to post this pic but:

Posted Image
Posted Image

The blasters didn't come out quite as planned. My primary is obviously the Alpha Trooper CS-18. It has the air restrictors removed and a tac-light mounted on the priming handle. I carry the Scout IX-3 in a homemade holster as a backup blaster. The Scout IX-3 has the air restrictors removed and tac-light integrated as well. It didn't show up at all in the picture but the blasters are actually two-tone matte-satin black-on-black. Black-on-gray would have looked a lot better. The silver "Z-Strike" and "NSR Solutions" logos are actually etched plastic that are glued on. I wanted to leave the barrels, triggers, and some other trim orange so that it didn't look too realistic. The sword and fire axes are standard LARP-styled boffers that I put together for a Rising LASH game last August as well.

Well warm weather, it's painting time....My personalized Roughcut.

Done up in Griever from FFVIII color scheme, and the addition of a Sleeping Lionheart emblem I have.

This is the opposite side, no emblem.

Griever 2112 still plays with his alpha trooper quite often despite owning one of the scariest +bows.

First post, first paintjob, first prize for the UNM HvZ game.

Posted Image

Air restrictors removed, 6-LED flashlight integrated, and painted in University of New Mexico colors. Thing fires like a dream, and it's quieter than it was stock. The freehand on the side is by one of my fellow mods.

Edit: She's been dubbed Death to J Town by the recipient. No idea what that means, though.

Got Hummer to model my new Iron Man Super Soaker at MANO 10. Rockin a dual rscb for stock ammo wars. It holds 26 darts and fires four at a time from redline barrels.

Posted Image

I'll throw this on here too. Titan spectre that still needs finishing touches, and added a second rail to my rough cut for better placement of the eight dart holder.

Now before some of you jump on me for the black Nerfs and lack of orange tips, just beware that here in New Zealand we do not have such a law. Incidences of call-out of the SWAT here over mistaken firearms identity are very few.

Custom Triple Shot priming grip. Write-up here.

Posted Image

Posted Image

It is actually fairly comfortable on my hands, which are quite large.

Posted Image

A larger size of PVC, such as 2" would be even more comfortable on one's hands.

The main problem with this is the design. As it is, priming the Triple Shot torques the priming bar inside the Triple Shot down. Venom213's method here prevents this by having polycarbonate pieces inside the priming slots.

My rather flimsy old Punisher ammo can was destroyed in a car wreck, so I got to build a new one today. I overbuilt the crap out of this one. Appropriate paintjob coming soon.
