Thats really good Spectre. Question: Did you do those "battle scars" with a dremel?
No, I did those with an X-acto knife and sandpaper. I just posted instructions on how to. Look for "Battle-scarring and weathering" under "Forum Topics". It's the second one down.

I just started this yesterday
It's a mavrick rev-6
I added a byonet in front, and did the chamber mod.
I'm in the process of getting rid of the air restrictors and a piece broke
It's the piece that holds that metal rod in on the "cocker" so i think i might be screwed
I tryed model glue, cause thats all i had at the time, and if that doesn't work i'm gonna get some superglue or epoxy
anyway, here's the picture
Oh, and also, i haven't painted it yet, i have noe idea of how to paint it, any suggestions?

I know you were probably just adding a bayonet for kicks, but...Why?. The maverick isn't nearly long enough for that sort of thing. I did it to a rapid fire rifle a while back, and it looked pretty cool. My point is- uhh...

That happened to me. To fix it I took a thin piece of spare plastic and glued it across the gap between the two supports and to the body of the cocking mechanism. Then I sanded down the gun body so the larger chunk of plastic would fit in the track. I have about 100 shots under my belt with the repair and no problems as of yet.I'm in the process of getting rid of the air restrictors and a piece broke
