Well I knew my avatar would pay off one of these days. There is a group of nerfers at Virginia Tech that stumbled upon this site and got in touch with me. They live about 3 blocks down the road from me, which is quite ironic really.

It's a solid group of guys/gals who like to Nerf indoors. Despite my preference to be outdoors with long range guns, I had a blast taking cover in the apartment with a NiteFinder. I can honestly say I look forward to more Nerf wars with them in the future. All of the battles were in total darkness, and there were 9 players total. Needless to say, it's interesting trying to take a shot at someone in the dark.

I'm told their numbers have been as high as 12, so this is a rather hard core group of nerfers.

Looks like I`m about 3 years too late. My friends and I used to Nerf almost exclusively at their apartment in Foxridge. they had a double two bedroom apartment so it had a massive living room space. We used to do 4 on 4. That's where I really worked the bolt-action to it's full extent. We baically played two differnt games: "assault" and "just fucking shoot eachother" . Our level of inebriation dicated wich game we played. My team used to own at assault solely because of the bolt-action because I would pick em all off as they peeked around the corner. Priceless. If we were too drunk, we would jsut split up and shoot at eachother. Not keeping and kinf of score or tally of who got or had been shot. Those were great times. I really wish I was still up there.

All the guys I played with were good friends in my classes...fellow Aero Engineers. What is the predominant major among this group of nerfers?

All the guys I played with were good friends in my classes...fellow Aero Engineers. What is the predominant major among this group of nerfers?

From what I can tell, mostly engineers with some computer scientists wrapped in their too.
