I think my stefans aren't as good as they should be.
What size fishing weight do you use for 1/2 micros and how many do you use?

I use either 1/4" steel slingshot ammo or (slightly heavier, for long range guns) 3/0 lead split shot or (even heavier, for very high power guns only) size 7 lead split shot.
In reality, the vast majority of the darts I make are the 1/4" steel variety. They're heavy enough to do well in most guns but not too heavy for my sidearms.
In every case I use only one weight per dart. Balance is key.
Edit: All these weights are available at Wal-Mart though you (sometimes) have to be 18 to buy the slingshot ammo. The fishing weights are slightly more expensive.

What fishing weight is equivalent to a 1/4" piece of slingshot ammo and would a 3/0 weight be a good choice for an AT2k dart?
Thanks for the advice.

Do what I did. Put an entire bolt running down it. Skip the hot glue. That stuff is for pussies. For those of you who are stupid. This is a joke. Don't do this unless you want to be picked up by the cops.

A 3/0 lead weight is damn close to 1/4" steel shot. Yes, it's an excellent choice for a modded at2k.What fishing weight is equivalent to a 1/4" piece of slingshot ammo and would a 3/0 weight be a good choice for an AT2k dart?

I don't use lead fishing weights. I find that they're too heavy. Using a small aluminum screw and putting massive amounts of hot glue on it does the trick for me. But I'm an idiot. Don't trust me.
