Wow, that really is a good idea. They probably need to be trimed slightly so the body of the dart is bigger.

EDIT: I was refering to the 1/2" ones.

I stumbled onto these a few weeks ago. The nice thing is you get a perfect tip every time. Con is that a pack of 16 runs about 2 bucks. I usually just make my tips flat because I put a couple bbs in mine. The 3/8" fit perfectly on 1/2" FBR. I figure for this guy they should help add some extra weight.

They also sell foam and cork pads which might help avoid whelts for those who have very safety concious parental figures.

It's only 3 days old so...

This is ONLY a theory, drill a small hole (pretty big, just not near the sides like ths (o) the o is the hole and the brackets are the outside of the dart) through the top of the foam try to drill about halfway through, then fill it with hot-glue, it probably won't be as effective as other stefans, but I think it will work. I also found candy to work pretty bad (if you're thinking crazily). ok doesn't work

You posted a link to the forum rule in my thread and I nearly threw my computer out the window. Thats like giving some one a demerit in school and not telling them why just handing them a list of rules because you are TO LAZEY to tell them why.

I tried making a hole and filling it with hot glue and making a pretty big dome, it barely flew at all. Then I used a tipless stosk dart and made a big dome of that with hot glue and it flew pretty well it just wasn't accurate. I beleive this is because the dome wasn't perfect so any inconsitencies messed up the flight(the was no central weight keeping the flight steady). I don't see the difference in 1/2" FBR and stock darts (they were both the same length).

Eagles may fly, but weasels don't get caught in jet engines.

Save gas, fart in a jar.

Take the tips from a crayola marker and let them dry out and harden and then just pop them in the big stefan hole and glue them up. Just dont expect good results from any relatively powerful gun.

I don't get my kicks out of you,
I don't feel the way I used to do.
I know its bad,
After what we had,
But I’m just not the angel you knew.
