I recently drilled a hole into my SSPB's tank, as Lefty @ NHQ did, to increase the size of the airtank. But now it seems that the opening that pulls back to let the pressure out is stuck in the open position, and I can't seem to get it back to normal. Any suggestions?

Spend the $3.00 and get a new one.
I don't get my kicks out of you,
I don't feel the way I used to do.
I know its bad,
After what we had,
But I’m just not the angel you knew.

I haven't had too much experience with SSPBs, but it sounds similar to a situation I had with my AT2k. Does the thing actually have a firing pin? If so, that happened to me. I just wiggled the pin around for a while until it seemed to fall back into place. My 2k doesn't get its former distance, but it's still functional. Best advice I can give is to mess around with it a little more, or as FA said, buy a new one. If there isn't a firing pin, then this is completely pointless.

Turn it upsidown(so the barrel is facing the floor) and shake it while pumping. That's always worked for me.
