That's right, Just bought myself a Mech six from my local TRU for $7.99
It fires the darts the same way a Disk Shooter does. It uses 3 AA'a, and is loud like the MBZ. I'll post a mod for it sometime soon. It fires the six darts as fast as you can pull the trigger. It's NOT full auto.






Also there was the Triple Mech, which is HUGE. It is was $20.00, I didn't buy one.

EDIT: It can shoot stefans out of the box also, if they're long enough.

I thought the Mech 6 and the Triple Mech have been in stores for a while. I didn't want to buy the Mech 6 cause there is no clip casing, and the Triple Mech is just big, bulky and 2/3 of the ammunition is crap. Also it's big.

If only you could silence the humming noise of those motorized guns, then they'd gain some advantage over air pressure and spring guns.

Well, if it fires like a disc shooter does, I don't think there's a ton of range potential, but I could be very wrong, we'll just have to wait and find out. For the clip and lack of any real pumping/cocking, I'd gladly pick one up if the thing can get 30 feet...but I think that's a bit much to hope for.

Mech Six Yeah, I've had one for a couple weeks now, it's not all that great, but I'm working on a motor replacement and a new clip that can hold like 20+stefans. I'll be posting it as soon as i finish it.

Sweet, I'm getting one! Thanks for telling us! I think it would be cool to add an extra extension on the top so it fires more than 6 darts. The thing looks awesome too!

My response is that I figured it would be crap before i bought it, but it was only 7 bucks @ my local Toys-Is-We. so I said Why The Fuck Not?

I had both the Mech Six and Triple Mech in my arsenal for about three days. The Triple Mech is completely useless. Well, it seems that way anyway. If you want a motorized ball blaster, get the MBZ. Soon I'm going to replace the motors in my MBZ with combat robot weapon motors. >:3

Anyway, yeah. Mech Six has some advantages. It has the fastest reload ever. With a little clip modification, you could make a drop-it-in dart loader very easily. But, I didn't want to bother with it. The range and accuracy are both minimal. The Mech Six is clearly a close-quarters blaster.

Mech Six, unlike the MBZ, does not store energy in a flywheel. It just has a couple of gears that rely entirely on the top speed of the motor and the geardown to fire the dart. This results in extremely low spin-up time. However, the force is decreased. This weapon could be modified to be very useful in indoor battles. It would just take some time and a little bit of imagination. ;3

On another note I just thought of a modification:


1. Take out batteries

2. Sand down battery "Shelves" (for lack of a better word)

3. Shove 9v into battery compartment

4. Pray that your gun doesn't catch on fire


So not very original, but hey, it works.
