I have read alot about putting rubber bands on the nite finder, but I couldn't find out how to do this. So... how do you put bands on a nite finder?

Am i missing something here like, the nightfinder has no shell or, I just learned how to type. Any who you just attach the rubberbands first end to the back of the plunger and the other end to the front of the gun.

Where on the front of the gun? the barrel, the front of the plunger? Where?
And how do you attach it? If you just place it on the plunger won't it slip off?

If you're just putting bands on because someone told you to and you don't understand why it helps, OK. I can deal with that. Bands are used to shove the plunger forward with more force, making the air come out faster and shooting the dart further. Therefore, you want to make it so that the bands try to restrict the movement of the plunger backwards. Just thread one side of the band through the hole where you put your finger to pull the plunger back, then put both of the loops on the front of the gun, right below the barrel. Put some on, not too much, because then it'll be too hard to cock it, and the plunger might break under the increased stress. Just fool around with it and you'll eventually figure out how many should go on an NF.
