I won't post pics unless requested since the mod is fairly simple. It's a lot harder to mod than the old BBB, but not too complicated nevertheless.

1. With a pair of regular pliers, twist off the cap of the outcropped plastic air restrictor so the firing pole is detached.

[2 and 3 are a bit of a pain in the ass since they require annoying needle nose plier work]

2. Use a knife, scissors, exacto, whatever's best (sorry, I'm not too skilled with modding) to sand down the teeth inside the barrel as best you can. WARNING: Perform this step either second or last depending on how mangled your air restrictor is after step 1. If it's too mangled, you may get it jammed in the middle of the barrel while sanding down the teeth

3. Using a pair of Needle nose pliers, grip the plastic firmly and twist until you've separated the lip from the inside edge of the barrel ever so slightly (enough to give let you stick your needle nose pliers in there.

4. Jam the needle nose pliers in until you get under the plastic lip of the restrictor and can grip it enough. Give it a solid twist to bend it out of shape such that you can wriggle it out of the barrel (if you haven't yet performed step 2). If you have preformed step 2 and sanded down the teeth, just go ahead and rip it out.

5. open up the front half of the gun. Do not take the screws out of the back half of the gun (the part that you use to cock it).

6. Open the casing and take out the barrel. MAKE SURE YOU REMEMBER HOW IT WAS IN THE CASING BEFORE YOU REASSEMBLE OR IT WON'T WORK PROPERLY.

7. Remove the white plastic air restrictor and firing stick (the flimsy white stick that was attachd to the outcropped air restrictor in the barrel)

8. Once you have done step two and sanded down the teeth inside the barrel, put one piece of electrical tape inside the barrel in order to make the dart fit more snugly and shoot further. This will also prevent it from failling to the back of the gun and getting mangled.

I'm not too good at modding at all, so once somebody else gets it, if they find a better way, jsut go ahead and correct it. Have fun.

Since I already removed the air restrictor in mine, I can't post pics of that, but I can show the inside of the casing and the barrel. I think I threw away the plastic white piece. I'll check around. You still want it?

Pictures are totally unnecessary. If you have this gun it's pretty darn obvious what Captain CC is talking about. Quit whining for pictures like little kids. If you don't have a BBB then you don't need the pics, and if you do, you'll understand exactly what you are supposed to do. The BBB is a pretty simple set up and does not require a lot of brainpower to understand.

Pictures may be unneccessary if you own the gun, but for me, they're mandatory when it comes to adding mods to the directory. If you add pics, then this dealio will get added to the directory ASAP. Otherwise, no go...
