I just found these in an advertising pamphlet included with the BBB. It says "New for 2006." I'm assuming that's when they'll launch 'em:

So... a Dart Tag sidearm and a Scout-esque TTG. Interesting... Also, is that a rerelease of the RF20? or just an advertisement?

I better grab an RF20 soon since they're limited. Is that right or do they still make RF20's?

That's funny. A TTG for dart tag and a gun for Tech Target that looks just like the Scout IX-3 from the N-Strike Unity Power System. Odd.

They're advertised in their 2006 lineup. I think they'll be around for a while. It's not a re-design of it; just an ad.

Did you just imply that the BBB can now be found in stores? If so, did I miss something or is all this cold medicine getting to me?

I want details!

Edit: Ah, I corrected my own mistake. Your images in the other topic weren't loading for me before. Therefore, I answered my own question by reviewing the other topic with images.

It's not a Scout-esque TTG.
It's a Scout.
With a target.

Question about the Dart Tag guns. So they have full automatic fire like the RF20 and Wildfire and stuff or are they just like the FF and Maverick?

DTS is top cocking like the Maverick/Scout/Firefly. You can tell this just by loking at it #1 and #2 it has been said already.

If the crossfire top-cocks, it's going to suck balls given the size that it seems.

How so? They already have the scout and maverick top cocking and they are about the same exact size.

The Scout and Maverick haven't been very good in the distance department.

Very nice, Bags!
An excellent combo of my two favorite colors.
As for the Crossfire and the TTG Scout, I might look into it...

Hasbro has seemed to take a liking to spring loaded cocking sliders. How do you put bands into them?

Internal seems most likely, but I've never seen it done. But then again, you wouldn't. ^_^

I'll throw in my two cents...

I think they are coming out with the "Scout Tech" because the TT pistol we have now is too powerful when modded. The TT when modded with any of the thousands of mods is very Lock N' Load-esque. It's powerful, accurate, and plentiful. It has a large plunger tube with a nice big spring. The Scout has a minute tube and a laughably rediculous spring. It just has no power. I believe they are trying to phase out the "potentially" powerful guns execpt the BBB, as it has already come out, but no one knows for how long.

Yep... the original TT will be hot stuff down the road, just like the LnL.

You bastard. Now I feel the urge to go out and buy several Tech Target Sets. Seeing as my parents won't let me buy stuff online, I'm pretty much stuck buying the full, overpriced sets.

Omp, that would not be a bad idea. In a couple years, we'll see noobs posting topics begging for a TT like they do now for LnLs. It'll be utter chaos, but I've got em' covered.

Ah... let the hoopla begin...
