I am not really sure where to put this so i am putting it in general nerf. Ok now on to the topic. I put a new pump shaft and handle in my at2k and there is pressure when i pump but no matter how much i pump it has the pressure of one pump before i replaced it. Does any one know what is causing this and how to fix it?

Check the tubing connections- or just pump the thing underwater and watch for leaks.

ok Im doing it now.

Edit: I did it and did not see any leaks but im taking it apart to look at the tubing just to be sure.

New Edit: i tried the old shaft and that still works so it not a leak and has somthing to do with the pump shaft wich is very intresting.

Newer edit: I dont know if this will help but the pump shaft is from a super soaker XP 270

Aye, it isn't a leak. The same exact thing happened to me right after I bought the thing. My friend pumped it one too many times, and it popped. At first I thought it was the airtank itself, but it is indeed the check valve. My only remedy was to plug the release valve (I had not done so; he broke it in the car), and pray to the diety I worship (in my case, God). Now, it has a very weak pump that is still barely functional. If I pump too softly, no air enters the chamber. In order to achieve near-full status, I must pump 5 times quickly. On my other 2k, I only need 3 slow pumps. Other than that, I have no complaints. I still get the usual 100-120' single-shot range on it, just with vigorous pumping. Behold the power of prayer!

Hope that's a reliable answer to your pre-dick-ament.

I snapped off the orange liquid gauge to fit it better on to something (details later) and with rigorous and tedious super gluing, duct taping, and hot gluing, there is still an air leak. I pumped it under water, and it turned out that the trigger thing was leaking! I plugged it up with hotglue and let it cool, then carefully pulled the trigger thing, and the pumped it and it still didn't work! Then I reglued the trigger thing and pumped it without pulling the trigger and it still leaked. Any solutions?

yeah you cant use hot glue / duct tape to stop leaks even epoxy, it doesnt work very well, you have to use something called plumbers goop. Its about 8 dollars in canada, kind of expensive but it would be cheaper if you're in the US and you can find it in hardware stores and probably in walmart.
