While searching the web I found this foam store. You can have them make custom shapes or you can buy an existing shape. You determine the firmniss and the size. It has good shapes for makeing stefans and rockets. You guys should check it out.

If you searched a little, you would find that we already dicussed that website. And dart material costs over $1 a piece.

I don't think thats very practical, if I cant get the right size fbr I rather just go out and buy like 3 different packs of it, one of them is gonna fit 
plus I hate buying stuff online cause you have to pay shipping and wait

True, but you could get materials to make replacement rockets for the titan.
