Our hosting provider is having some problems with the server. It's not the first time this has happened... I've got word from their tech support that the server should be back up sometime between today and tomarrow. All I can do is hope it's back up soon.

That sucks dude. We were down for two days straight in Feb because our provider is shit. I was actually researching new providers when I noticed you were offline...

For those of you who haven't noticed, there is a database problem at NerfHQ. I am unable to fix it because I do not have access to the forum set up and maitenance files. Those are stored on the site's server which I do not have access to. I hope that the forums will be up ASAP without the loss of posts and other information stored on them.

I have emailed Spanky about the matter. It's up to him to fix/take care of this problem.

Update:

I got this email reply from Spanky.

Hey [TIS],
Yeah I've seen the problem too. But fixing it is out of my league. It's
a server problem. I've emailed our hosting provider for help, and I've
got a reply. Here it is:

"[Spanky] sorry --- this is a glitch on the server, we are working on
it....should be remedied soon. Tech Support"

They have been having problems with the server the last several days.
Dunno what's wrong with it, but I have a suspicion that something bad hit the
server and they are trying to fix it. Hopefully they can get it all
fixed up. The glitches affect all the websites hosted on their server, since
we aren't the only one hosted on it. They have to be getting complaints
from other webmasters as well, so I'd be willing to bet they're working
pretty hard on getting it working good again.
