actually it's not for sale from them (see: hasbrotoyshop.com) it's listed on the nerf site but there's no link to buy it

Listen, it's released.

Stores like Wal-Mart don't sell things "illegally" like that. I don't even know if selling something a day before it's official release date is illegal at all.

Oh, and for god's sake, add some punctuation to your posts.

Aren;t there 2 different boxes for the FF? I seem to have seen 2. And it the older grade looking one the FF looked faded in a way.

It's out in SoCal! I bought it for $24.99 at TRU so Wal-Mart is cheaper.

Finally found one. Cool gun; needs some more distance, but one of the best looking I've seen in years. $25 at TRU is a bit pricey.
