In my opinion the supermaxx guns are the best line of nerf guns and my favortie. Most of my arsenal is supermaxx/ larami guns and I was just wondering what your favorite supermaxx gun is. Pick your choice based on ROF, accuarcy, range, your feel for the gun, and the gun's coolness factor.

I've owned all of the Larami guns, even the rare SuperMaxx 1500 Arrow launcher. My favorites would be the SM500 and the SM1000. The 1000 wins because of rate of fire. I'm currently trying to restore one since I sold mine like an idiot.

I've never shot a 500 but I here it's a big brother to a 750 achieving close to 100 ranges. So with that pump handle and range I would like that the most, I'm a small person so it would suit me just fine. But out of SM guns I've shot, hands down the 750.

The SuperMaXX 5000 is my favourite blaster out of those choices, and out of all the Nerf blasters ever created.

I have two, and I pamper them like queens.

They all have their redeeming qualities; I can't really pick a favorite. Like Starbuck said, the 1000 has a very awesome rate of fire. The 500 is extremely useful, I like it more than the 750. The 1500 was my very first modified Nerf gun, so it holds a special place in my heart. It's very reliable, too.

For me personally each gun has its own pros and cons, and I like them all.

Supermaxx 5000/ Larami 2000- The supermaxx 5000 was my first supermaxx gun and that is what really got me to like the whole supermaxx line of guns. In my opinion the supermaxx 5000 is one of the best loser choices. It has very good accuracy and is one of the few supermaxx guns to have a place to hold your darts. In my opinion this gun is the closet feel you can get to a loser rifle, and I think most nerfers would agree with me.

Supermaxx 1500- The supermaxx 1500 is the total package. This gun has good accuracy and range and is probably your best choice as a primary once modded. I wouldn’t mind carrying this baby around as it is pretty light (or at least the old edition) and this gun is very versatile. The supermaxx 1500 is probably the probably the gun your gun see the most in nerf wars out of the supermaxx/ larami line, since it is the easiest gun to mod out of its species and it has arguably the most effective mod in its class. The only disadvantage with this gun is that it only has room for four darts, but if you play smart you can manage.

Supermaxx 3000/2500- The supermaxx 3000 is arguably the best trooper gun. This gun has eight barrels that automatically rotate, which is pretty intimidating. Unfortunately I only have the blue edition, but my friend had the yellow edition and that thing is pretty accurate. The only real con with this gun is that it is bulky and the blue edition makes quite a sound every time the barrels rotate.

Supermaxx 750- This gun carries a powerful punch with its combination of accuracy and maximum distance. The 750 is arguably one of the best side arms around. The only problem with this gun is that its usefulness as a sidearm is limited since it only has room for one dart, but still a very good gun.

Larami 1000- This gun has my favorite design out of all the supermaxx/larami guns. This gun provides a very good accuracy, pretty good range, and decent ROF. With pinpoint accuracy and a rotating mechanism that can hold six darts, I like to think of this gun as a sick loser. This gun also has a feel like the supermaxx 5000, and I would say this gun is the total package, it’s a shame that they are pretty hard to find.

Larami 500- This gun is in my opinion one of the most underrated and rare nerf guns. This gun is has originally made its reputation as a sick sidearm, but you can literally eat shit with this baby. This gun probably has the best range of a stock sidearm that I know, and in indoor wars this gun is perfect. This gun also has pinpoint accuracy and amazing range. Overall this gun is one of the best guns out of the box and in my opinion could also be used as a primary if you have somewhere to hold your darts. Hats off to Larami for making this baby.

1st Place: SuperMaxx 1500

I would stand by my SM1500 as long as I live. Excellent ROF, lovely ranges, as well as supreme accuracy provide the ideal gun. It can suit a small Nerfer and if you add a PVC stock (like myself), it can fit a big Nerfer as well. It's very similar to the AT2k, and it's really easy to mod too. I like it a bit more though, since it's easier for me to hold. You just can't go wrong with it. Rating 10.0/10.0

2nd Place: SuperMaxx 5000

Coming in a fairly close second is the SM5k. My friend has one of these puppies and it is a beast. We modded it, ran outside, and shot the thing. Our jaws dropped at the range on the dawg. My friend was hit in the temple with the thing during a war, and he screamed bloody murder. Basically phenomenal ranges, and when compared to a stock SM5k....hell, there's no comparison. My only problem with it is the ROF. It is a pain in the arse to reload, especially in a war. Rating: 8.0/10.0

3rd Place: SuperMaxx 750

Although I don't like it anywhere near the first place, this is a pretty kick-ass pistol.
I never got my hands on one, but a few friends modded their's and they startled me. Then again, I'd only fired spring pistols before. Great range, decent accuracy, and a lower ROF rate this pistol at a 7.0/10.0. I don't like the low ROF, and it's also much too small for me to hold comfortably. Otherwise, it would be likely to be in my arsenal.

There you have it, a few reviews on these guns from my perspective. Never tried the Larami 1000, but it sure looks cool. The 500 is wicked, but my hands would lie on the SM750. And, I just don't really like the 3000 series...any of them...

I second you on the supermaxx 1500, I think that the supermaxx 1500 is the total package when it comes to ROF, range, and accuracy. You should really try to get your hands on the larami 1000, it is kind of like an upgrade to the 1.5k with better accuracy, room for six darts, a better feel, a bigger air tank, and the blue drum in the middle of the gun is one of a kind.

That's because they're extremely difficult to mod in regards to the barrel and making a better seal. I can assure you the sm1000 has a bigger airtank.

SM5K because of accuracy, stability, and range. The only problem is that it's banned from most wars.

I must say the time I had my SM500, and SM5000 both in working condition together, they were a force to be reckoned with. With a primary that in 4 pumps acheived 125' ranges, and a 3 pump secondary that acheived 100', there isn't much better. With the speed that these can be primed and fired, they can almost be considered cocking weapons, as a few quick pumps leads to a bolt of foaming coming your way.

SM1000 hands down. It was big, but it rocked.

SM500 was a single shot SM1000. Same range. Don't argue, I have tested them both, at the same time, recently(less than a year ago).

Both are great, but the 1000 wins because of rof.

Hey I was just wondering is $40 including for a larami 500 a good price. Unfortunatly the larami 500 has no pump handle, but it works good and it comes with 3-4 darts.

If you can successfully mod the 1000, it is without a doubt the best Lamari out there. I have no qualms in saying if the seal could be perfected, as well as the barrels, it could reach at least 10-20' further than an sm1500, and has 2 more darts, as well as auto-rotation.

Such a shame those seals and such are so hard to make work correctly. I'm trying to get my hands on a second sm1000 so I can put that clip on it.

Well after putting a hole in my wall with my new SM5K, I think that the SM5K would have to be my favorite.

With the SM1500's amazing range, accuracy, and rate of fire; it's definitely my favourite.
