I have a very old larami small soldiers gun. I'm planning on modding it but im not sure if i should considering how rare it is. Suggestions?

Is it a pistol(sm500) or a rifle(SM5000). There were 2 small soldiers guns and both are pretty rare, especially the SM500.

Unless you plan on selling it, theirs no reason not to mod it unless you're a diehard collector.
