I second VACC. Neither are practical in a war, only possible use would be for spring harvesting.

If you really need an answer that badly, the nerf bow is better. The nerf Bn'A's insides are pretty much like a crossbow without a trigger mechanism. Nice heavy spring, close to airtight air seal in the plunger. The larami bow is alot like the larami crossbow, wich is a piece of shit. It operates on a really silly plunger design that involves a really weak bungie cord as the method of applying force. The plunger is leaky and there's no way you could ever get the thing to fire a stefan out of a barrel of decent length.
You can poop in my toilet anytime champ.
