I just can't pop the screws on the Titan, there so friggen tight! Anybody else have trouble with this? Plus I need a mod for it that lets it prime faster without too much trouble.

Yeah, I had this problem as well. I stripped one of them in the process, I think that I might even have to cut off that part of the case, because I don't need it. But anyways, the best way to get around this is A. Use a bigger screwdriver with a good grip B. When first going for a screw, push really hard, then turn slow. You'll feel when it's loose enough to start unscrewing normally.

Fairly common problem when modding newer guns. I'd suggest using TS's suggestion B, along with using pliers for extra leverage. This ussualy works for me.

:DBlack&Decker multi speed rechargeble electronic screwdriver. This is a must have tool in todays Nerf workshop most of my teamates have them plugged in there basements and because the unit comes with two rechargable batts and a drill bit kit the possibilities for the work it can do are endless. Also comes equipped with a night lite for late night modification sessions.
