I am an Engineering student and this is the mod that we made while working at my summer internship. My boss manufactured the white plastic piece that connects the barrel to the gun. It now shoots micro darts with a pressure of 50 psi, enough pressure that we had to drill port holes in the barrel so that the darts didnt get blown off course. Notice the real pressure gauge that replaces the cheap stock gauge. If you dry fire this gun then you can see the moisture from the air come out of the barrel and after firing a few shots the barrel gets all moist inside of it. Let me know what you all think. We are pretty happy about this mod although the darts are pretty painful now especially if shot in the face on accident. Here are some pics for your enjoyment.

Just as an update, we plugged the pressure regulator and now pressurize it to 80 psi with a fear of pressurizing it any further.

100 psi is the new max pressure. It shot nicely although it destroyed the dart.

Thats purty, but the barrels too short especialy with the pressures you're putting into it. I'd reccomend some stefans along with a nice long barrel.

Really nice job on the mod, but micro stefan (homemade) darts and a 14" barrel would make it a killer.

You probaly could pull off using a good 2-3 foot barrel with that kind of pressure, I used to use a 2 foot 1/2in PVC Barrel over a crayola on my titan and would get 100+feet with it, and I didn't even plug the pump value. Yeah and you most certianly neet to make the switch to stefans.

I mean...HOT DANG your titan is a Doom Cannon. It has more PSI than My Pnuematic Potado Cannon, And It shooots a spud a good 200 yards.
