For my first mod I decided to mod a NiteFinder. I went to my hardware shop and got some 1/2" SCH40 pvc, and it is too big for my (nerf) micro darts. They just slip right though. I read the Article on Darts and Barrels and it said that Crayola can be used as a pulg, but if this is true should I just use Crayola for the whole thing.
Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know why Nerf micros wouldn't fit. I'm not sure how putting PVC over the Crayola helps, so I'd say yes. I did a regular Crayola mod on mine and get about 49' flat with bands. It's not the best but it gets the job done. You can do a straight Crayola mod, but having PVC over it looks better, at least I think so. Good luck.

You should start using Stefans too, unless you can't find materials.

Maybe you got the thinwall, 200psi stuff.
If you can'r find the thick wall Schd.40 PVC, have a look at some electrical conduit. Not only do they sleeve, but fot stock darts very well. For refference, the plastic type is uPVC, but don't ask for that, they won't know what you're talking about.
