I have searched the forums, and the only Mav mod I can find is a CPVC one. I would prefer to mod all of my guns with 9/16'' Brass. It looks nicer (in my opinion) and I will be able to create stefans that fit almost exactly the same in all of my guns.

If there is not a mod out there, do you think it will be hard/possible to do? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

here's my suggestion to you. drop out of ridgewood dart wars now before you are humiliated. you have no chance. that is all

EDIT: just kidding sloth. i would just use the cpvc mod, but use brass with tape wrapped around it to make it snug in the existing barrel, and use hot glue on the ends to make sure you get a good seal

Hey....stop looking in my window...that's just weird.

I was thinking that Brass wrapped in tape would work too, with some epoxy and hot glue on the ends; that is what I did for my X-bow.

Just mod it the same way as the CPVC one with brass, not rocket science here. I would use a size that is slightly tighter than your usually size. Smaller springers need that extra pop.

Ninjz, thanks for the tip. I just want the brass to be able to fit snuggly and not lose any air. Hopefully it will work, because my stefans fit perfectly in 9/16'' brass.

Hope it works out for you. It sounds like a cool mod and would look very nice. Good luck.

Off topic: What do you mean, "Dart Wars?" Do you have tournaments like paintball but with Nerf? That sounds awesome!

Again, hope your Mav mod works out, and I'd love to see it when it's finished. If you have a digicam, please do show us.

Will do. Gonna go out tomorrow and get the supplies and then mod it tomorrow afternoon.

And Dart Wars is a 4v4 tourny through my school. One week you play against another team and try to kill them almost anywhere during the week.

Don't use brass that fits your darts "perfectly", use brass that fits rather tightly on your stefans. Spring pistols don't work well with brass unless it's either nested or very snug.
