Holy Shit! I know the guy that made that film. I'd seen it before but this time I recognized the name of the director. He's a sophmore at Brown (my school) and I've been part of an on-campus debate he organized about the ROTC. That's fucking awesome, I'll have to ask him about it next time I see him.
