So, I'm working on brassing my max shot, and I want to sand down the ends of my brass. I cut it with a brass cutter, but, I want to know what you use to sand. Do you use sandpaper or do you use some other tool to polish brass? I would like to know this, because when you cut brass with a tube cutter, it bevels the ends inward. So, you can only make only one cut with the brass. In order to solve this, you would have to sand in the beveling. How!?!?

I use a hacksaw to cut it, a file to deburr it, sandpaper to smooth and bevel it, and brass polish to polish it.
I wouldn't use a tube cutter with brass because the super thin (1/64") walls will get bent in.
