My general Stefan making process:Before I cut out my darts I throw 2' sections of FBR in the dryer for a couple minutes, and when its hot I stretch it out a bit. Makes them thinner, and straightens 'em out.
-Cut about 50 2" pieces of FBR.
-Put in drier for 30-60 seconds.
-As taking each out, stretch as best you can, lining them up in rows.
-Make each stefan, dipping in ice water for 1 second after each application of glue.

For the fat foam squeez the tip in and twist the rest of the dart down slowly, then ram rod it to the opposite end of the cpvc, then fill up the rest of the tube his way.Love, how do you get the fat foam or multiple darts all the way in the cpvc?

Don't you think it will be irritating always having to resize your darts to fit your barrels rather than just getting the proper barrel size for your FBR?
I've always been a proponent of buying enough FBR to last forever, then finding the perfect barrel material for your FBR.

Its not that irritating because its not hard to stretch, cpvc is cheap(for some of us who don't have jobs), and I can't find brass anywhere. I have gone to multiple hobbies shops, checked at hardware stores and called a lot of hobbies shops but no one has brass. Also copper is to big for my darts and PETG can only be bought off the internet.(theres some on ebay now though)Don't you think it will be irritating always having to resize your darts to fit your barrels rather than just getting the proper barrel size for your FBR?
