If no one has any, duct tape will work fine, or maybe colored electric tape, which I know the twins have.

Colored flagging tape is about $1.50 a roll at Home Despot or similar.

At my Lowes it's in the tool pen near the levels and measuring tapes.

Hey, I'll be there the tenth and hope to bring my new gun I've been working diligantly on. I'm not sure but I think I can bring a cooler, have to double check that. I can bring cups but they will be branded with alcohol logos ( I work at a beer factory, no lie) in large numbers, don't know if that would make local authorities nervous. Wouldn't want to piss off any New Jersey cops. Anyway I'm coming from Delaware and have a two hour drive or so. I may bring someone else, but I'm thinking not. So let me know about the cups, and I'll check on the cooler.

...As for the numbers we're looking for, I guess 25+. You got 10+ LCM, 5 LGLF, 5 Horsemen, GD, OMC, LDM, and Talio + company.

It's 23 without Talio, and chances are we could get 12 LCM people. It's going to be up in the air until we actually get together August 10th. So we'll just say we'll have a good turnout and we hope to see everyone there. Works for me.

The letter was sent in today, it's really classy. It's well written and makes us out to be the good guys. If needed Shindig and myself are going to either give them a demo of the actual Nerf guns, or we're going to discuss it face to face with them. Hopefully though, the letter will do the trick, and we'll be allowed to get our game on come Auggie 10.

Now if we don't get the permit, is the game still on? I really don't see how they could stop us. I suppose they could, but if the cops are so cool with you guys, seems like they would cut you some slack.

I've never had a permit for nerfing ANYWHERE. We used to play on the grounds of the local middle school, and we had run ins with police and administration nearly every time. They've never been able to or even desired to remove us once we explained ourselves. The permit is a good idea, but hardly vital to the war.
