When I first saw the "Airzone Automatic Rapidfire" I thought it looked like the SM3000 blue. But, reading the way it fires I have no idea what to suspect. Seems kind of intriguing to me. If i saw one in a store, I would buy it.

The Power Bazooka is definately a remake of the original Air Bazooka by Just Toys. I imagine the Lanard Blast Bazooka is more dependable, seeing that everyone loves them but seems to forget the original Air Bazookas they were modeled after.

I bet that bazooka has a tank simliar to a 2k, beause it looks smaller than a blast bazooka. Btw lbb's are very cheap and not construvted very well, fare warning to anyon who buys one the trigger and firing pin is all plastic and tend to break fairly easily.

Well, I can finally render my assistance.

The lady who picks up guns at yardsales originally got me one of those (Power Bazooka thing). I picked it up, the grip was awesome, weight distribution awesome, and you could shoulder it. It was awesome. So I pumped it, pulled the trigger, and.. *pssssssshhhh*. Dang.

So, I went home, got out my mod kit, opened it up, and it was amazingly simple. The back parts a pump that connects directly to an airtank. However, the only thing proving the seal is a badly fitting o-ring. There's an overpressure in the pump, and a sort of lucky one where if the pressure's to great, the airtank moves forward, breaking the seal until it decreases.

So, I epoxied the airtank in, hot glued a coupler on, and let it dry. 30ft. It sucked. So, it dawned on me to plug the overpressure in the pump! I took my trusty hacksaw and sawed off the back end to be amazed with:

In the center, there was a pump shaft with a check valve at the end. It was about as bug as an AT2K's pump, except 1/2 as long. The surrounding area was...nothing. Just space. Empty, worthless, space. Dang.

So, I stripped the bakc out, and spending a week, successfully integrated a 2K into it. 90' ranges, awesome grip, except a CPVC trigger from the side. I brought it to karate, and our clan's marksman took it from me to "test it". I get it back 2 weeks later with the airtank valve bent, and 3 leeks in various hard to reach places. I'm still trying to epoxy the last one. *sigh*

Anyway, if you want an awesome loser rifle, don't get it, unless you plan on having a lot of epoxy, time, and a 2K.

When I first saw the "Airzone Automatic Rapidfire" I thought it looked like the SM3000 blue.

I had the same thought, it's probably the color scheme and the design.

I had two of the Automatic fires, both broken now because they suck.
Really. Stock range is 10 feet. It seemed modable because there are 4 independent airtanks, but the internals are fragile, the airtanks are tiny, and the barrel system is just one chunk of plastic (if i recall) and it's difficult to take the restrictors out.

It's worthless.

The rapid-fire gun looks liek it functions exactly like a Big Salvo. What with the pull the trigger slightly for 1 dart at a time or all the way for all four. Especially if, like tex says, it had 4 individual tanks. So it may be just a "Little Salvo" I guess :)

EDIT: here's waht Amazon says:

But the four-position trigger is the tricky part--you can either pull it back just a little bit to fire individual darts, or you can pull back all the way to launch all four in an overwhelming barrage.

So I'm guessing my hunch is right.

Its a pump gun? It looks a lot like the lanard speedloader, which is cocking and weak.

The darts in the airzone automatic look like supermaxx darts. I also thought it looked like a supermaxx 3000. They look cool and stuff. I'd buy one stuff to have and fool around with.

I used to have one of those bazookas. That was a long time ago, though.
From what I remember it shot an Air Zone missle like, 60 or 70 ft.. It had quite a kick, too. I dented a guy's car with it  . Ahh, those were the days...

I've modded a Power Bazooka before, and it's a great gun. I'd say with a CPVC barrel it reach about the 100' mark. The only thing is it takes a good 16 pumps to get decent range out of it.

Here's a picture of the "Just Toys" bazooka thing...
It gets about the same ranges a the Airzone one does. An interesting thing about the gun is, instead of a cylinder shaped tank, it has a cube shaped tank...
