I don't IP ban because a lot of people are on dialup or can reset their IP by disconnecting their cable modem or DSL for a few hours.
I don't delete their account because then I lose the ability to lookup their IP and email address for future reference.
Is it more clear now? 9999 days is a ban. I think Talio is pretty close to introducing you to the subject in a more personal way.
