Just keep boring until it does slip over completely. I find using the sanding drums is the quickest for doing this.Anyway Bolt, i have a dremel, and i bored out a coupler, as advertised. But when i tried to slip it on the 1/2" PVC, it's a bitch to get on, and i could only get it about an inch or so up the coupler before it stuck. Thats what's really gotten me so far. Other parts i need have stopped me from going further on with it.

PVC is usually measured incorrectly, too.CPVC is Chlorinated Poly-Vinyl Chloride and PVC is Poly-Vinyl Chloride. CPVC is measured by the outside diameter and PVC is measured by the inner diameter

but trust me i would love to make this thing because it looks cool and i do not have the skills to make such an awsome contraption. I admit after looking at the plans for a while you can figure most of it out but unfortuantlly the lack of writting makes it hard to figure out what to do with custom made pieces of material. (t-pieces)You will be much more satisfied using something you created than something someone else made.....)

I realize some points aren`t addressed 100% in the plans. But I don`t see the fun in building an exact copy from step by step plans either.I may as well continue on this topic as i am not getting to many hits on the other topic posted. I am also building the far and i was woundering if you could tell me how the hell you makr the 1 1/4" pvc t-joints how they are. ie. They are at an angle so that the magazine also angles.
I would also like to know what the Far is capable of PSI wise.
OFF TOPIC
Boltsniper i do not mean to sound like an asshole as i think what your constructing kicks ass but in past post you have said that (but trust me i would love to make this thing because it looks cool and i do not have the skills to make such an awsome contraption. Yup, just plain old run-of-the-mill SCH40 1/2" PVC rated at 600 psi with a 5/8" ID.Boltsniper,
I have just started my own FAR. I am very impressed with your plans. Just to clarify, even though you probably have already, the 1/2" PVC pipe is SCH 40 also, right? I know the 1" is 200 PSI and 1 1/4" is SCH 40 and want to check about the 1/2" pipe. Thanks alot for the idea and guide.
