DC has one of the biggest active Nerf groups in the country. You just missed the April DCNO (DC Nerf Out). A link to the old topic for it can be found here.

My suggestion would be to find a few guys you could get into contact with regarding their Nerf schedule. My suggestion would to PM/IM crankymonkey or Thirst for details. I've met them both last year at ECNO (East Coast Nerf Out), and from what I can tell, they got a great group of guys down there. I hope to see you and them at the next DCNO when college is out.

By the way, if you could watch the quality of your posts, I would greatly appreciate it. If you have any questions, consult the forum Code of Conduct, or send me a PM.

The major DC wars are Rockville area. We have DCNO's every so ofen, and plan on having DCNO6 sometime in June. There are several other nerfers living in Maryland, however, I dont even think they nerf.

You live 22-24 miles from where we nerf. Our war threads are here, and nhq, so look out for topics that say DCNO.

Ya, the CWC clan is down in Saint Mary's county, never nerfed with them, but we intend to. Come to some wars, we got a good number down here.

Ya. The CWC are Southern Maryland's main clan-we're finally about to break 10 members!

Anyway, it's closer for you to get to DC then to Nerf with us. But it's easier for me to get to your place then to get to DC. Do you have a clan, or people you regularly Nerf with? Your best bet is to get acclamated with the Nerf environment, and then hop over to a DCNO.

I nerf with a few of my friends. In total that would be a whopping 4 ppl...WOOT!! But i can basically go most places on fridays and weekends, and i know a few ppl that LIKE nerf but do not own more than 1 NF so i let them borrow mine. Next DCNO could someone PM me or post sumthin bout it ? Thanks.

Sorry to bring back a dead topic here, but I figured it would be a better idea to do so than to start a completely new one for no real reason. I reside in Maryland as well. To introduce myself: I am, as far as I know, the only person who lives in Carroll County and takes Nerf seriously. I mean, I have friends who I nerf with, and have seen me mod things (Triple barreled one's secret shot, barrel swapped another's BBB and clogged all the safety things on a third's splitfire) and were impressed with what stuff like that can do, but they tend to take the paintballing we do more seriously.

Anywhoo, I want to get involved with any Nerf Wars in this general area, so could someone try and keep me informed?
