Good Morning,

Hello to the new (incredibly tattered or so it seems) nerf community. I had it in my head to come back for a while and chat around with people and field questions if anyone should have any regarding the LSPONO/LSPONC organizations that were in operation on the forums of the late 90's to early 00's. I should hope that Starbuck's return should hail a great exodus of all the old guard back to the forums for a nice get together/shindig of tearing things up and talking about golden olden days. If not i'm getting the fuck out because I sincerely doubt that anyone else gives much of a damn (which is really where I stand).

Love,
Comrade Lobster

p.s. don't worry, no shennanigans on my part I dont have the time anymore.

Lobster was an activist upstart, back in the day, who used to try and get people riled up by starting "movements" and using controversial imagery as its representation. Then we all matured a bit. Apparently, not beyond the whole Nazi thing, but whatever.

That sounds.... interesting.
Well, if you vets have any stories I would love to hear them. I never knew that kind of organization would have existed within a Nerf community.

I still don't get how Erwin Rommel has any relevance to this... :nugget:

Lobster back in the day (when I first started out in the NIC on NC and NO about 5 years ago) started Lspono an underground NIC movement which was more or less to undermine the power of the admins on the boards, though I don't remember too well. Basically though the idea was to created an elaborte hiarchy to the movement that parrelled a fascist state and whose purpose was to push a lot of people's buttons. Which is why the Rommel picture is relevant to Lobster.

From what I do remember, some of the stuff they pulled was fairly ammusing.

Ha, I remember that guy.

Hey, I think Vacc and I have now both been assumed to be a relegion we are not... I find that funny.

I really had nothing relevant to add to this convo other than I remember that guy and the fact that the rememberance at hand caused me to chuckle lightly.
