Well the good news is this. I have received word from our friends at Hasbro about the rereleases. I am now allowed to tell you all exactly what's happening.

Good News (dare I say earth shattering news)
So you really wanna know what's coming out? I don't know how else to say it but the BBB. You read that right, the Big Bad Bow. I do not know what store it will be available in, but it will be an exclusive deal like TRU and the 3k 2pack and Target with the 2k 2pack.

THAT IS ALL I KNOW ABOUT IT. DO NOT HOUND ME ABOUT WHERE IT WILL BE OR PRICE OR WHEN IT WILL BE OUT EXACTLY. FALL 05 THAT IS ALL YOU GET.

The really BAD news
The powerclip was up on the table again to be rereleased. However, it was dropped and will not be available this year. I have no information why, but it just won't be coming out, so accept it. I was really hoping to see it again myself, but alas there is always next year.

Anyway, let's hope this info will keep everyone pumped for the upcoming fall season.

Cool. I never did get a chance to list my NIB PCs on ebay. This gives me another year.

As for the 3B, it's cool enough but fragile and vastly inferior to the xbow in general. I'll buy one anyway.

BBB?! Salivates...That is awesome. I've had my eyes on my friend's BBB for a while now. That is the best news I've had since...since...hell, I never get good news, so I'm overjoyed. Crap, that's goooooooooooood. I am a bit disappointed on the PC though. I won't really be able to make my hybrid with a PC tank for a long time...Anyway, sweetness. I don't see a re-release of the Crossbow ever, although that would be even better Thanks for the sneak peek.

If this BBB is like the original then that means that they are bringing back arrows. Odds are that if they are bringing back an ammo type that they will issue new guns that use said type. As we know arrows require more air to propel than darts (those guns are generally coveted by modders). This looks like it could be the coming of a second golden age of Nerf, I like it.

Curious, that with the exception of Large Moose and Captain CC, no one else really hoped for a BBB. Good call, Hasbro.

That's great, since from the days of Nerf Online...for a long time I never knew that the blaster the kid had on the top of the main page was a modified BBB. I became briefly obsessed with it, even bidding as high as $60 for a good one on eBay (and outbid!).

We'll see if Hasbro decides to re-engineer the molding to make a more durable product...or at least maybe a better grade of plastic than a few years ago.

But yeah...me likey too. I mean, my son does.

As I was telling OMC, Alf the big bad fag bow needs a friend so I'm very excited that they are re-releasing the BBB. Although they are no match for the crossbow, they still are great guns.

Any word on if they are going to change the name. I wonder how the N-Strike colors will look on it. The idea of a bow weapon doesn't seem to go well with the current N-Strike theme.

I guess that there are two ways that they could do the release. They could do a straight re-release under a new line (nerf classic) or they could change it externally and get rid of the bow parts and make it N-Strike.

BBB re-release? Sweet. That was the gun that I always really really wanted as a kid. Nevermind it's slight inferiority to the xbow, it's becoming my main.

Is this another gun for which I must wait until fall? Because that would frustrate me.

Wait, were they planning on rereleasing the PC also? or were they just planning choosing one of the two?

Anyways, this is cool. I'm a little bit upset because I already have a bbb and am not a very big fan. Hopefully they will make it more durable and easy to fire. That trigger is rough on the finger after about an hour of use. I wonder if they are going to make it take the place of the Titan in the unity thing?

I'm not really familiar with the Big Bad Bow. Could someone update me on how good this gun is?

The bbb is a classic nerf spring rifle like the x-bow. It as meant to shoot arrows which means that the amount of power it has is greater than guns made to shoot darts, this is very good. Its got a large plunger and nice big spring. I'd say that it's a bit tougher to mod than an x-bow but just my opinion. It's a very nice gun. Well modded it gets similar if not better ranges than an x-bow. They are not really sturdy and with age, the trigger becomes a bitch to pull. Also it sometimes jams in the cocked position, or at least mine does. But hopefully they will fix some of these problems. I would highly advise that you pick one up if you don't have one. They are rally fun to use. Definately one of the best ever.

THIS IS GREAT NEWS! I was allways intrested in a BBB, and this means I can get one! Too bad about the PC news, I also wanted one of those. I am hoping for more re-releases and offical nerf news from these guys.
