Get some of your freinds to nerf.

Building off that great suggestion by FIDO, you could try using the steps that I laid out in my article that is entitled How to Form a Clan. Building a clan is the easiest way to have people to Nerf with. Unless you have just dumb luck and happen to live in a mecca of Nerf.

I already have a small clan but it is small and already has all of my freinds in it but I am looking to expand.
