Painted with krylon fusion spring green and hunter green, modded with a 1.5" long piece of 17/32" brass gooped on the end of the plunger tube and a 4" long piece of 9/16" brass nested in a 4" piece of sch 40 1/2"PVC. I also replaced the led with a green one as you can see from the second two pictures(and burned my fingers in the process :oops: ). The green led doesn't work as well as the stock red one because the it doesn't show up as well in brighter lighting but it's more for looks anyway.

I did something like that with my NF, but I painted mine black and red I also kept the red light in. I'd show you a picture, but I can't figure out how to get a picture on my posts. Oh well, nice work Flamebo.

Don't they have green laser pointers? Or am i mistaken? A green laser pointer would be uber tight.

Very beasty, I like the look! Mine's the "Angel in Disguise"...camo duct tape works wonders...I like the Hulk a lot more though.

I considered that on mine, because green laser pointers are visible miles away (I have one and it can light up the clouds, I'm not kidding.) But it costs about a hundred dollars and I'm rough on my guns when I play. My paintball gun was stainless steel and I nearly broke it. Besides, the gun isn't going to be more accurate than a focused LED's range anyway. It would actually be more useful to replace it with a brighter LED (4AA maybe) and take out the focus so it works like a Light LAM, like in MGS. That has become my plan.

Not only do green laser pointers cost $100, they are also class IIIa lasers with a 523 nm wavelength. Green pointers are not just dots, you can see the whole beam for 2 miles, which gives away your position and it can blind somebody. A laser pointer that powerful is highly dangerous if used incorrectly, and should not be pointed at the eyes. Why do you think they used LED's?

By the way, nice Nite Finder! I was never a fan of the rail on top though, nor The Hulk. It looks cool though. Is it just the pictures or is the paintjob really glossy? You should use flat paint, I think it looks better (you may have different tastes though).

I stated at NHQ that I couldn't find flat paint or I would of used it. But thanks for the imput.
