I'm gonna be honest, I don't Nerf persay. I should say I haven't Nerfed yet, since the CT war will be coming soon (give it a year or two to figure out who's hosting... ;) ) but, I will / do (when messing with my little brother) what someone else mentioned. The following stuff:
-Single Barreled AT2K (or the quad barreled that I'm shoving together right now)
-NF (if I ever put it back together from the incident with my fake PETG)
-bout 20-30 darts
That's all I need. Just some cargo pants for the darts, and some shoelaces through holes in the guns. Foamy death in a can.

Usually I just carry 2 PPK'd NFs that I keep in my pockets, plus some ammo in the cargo pockets. Indoors that's about it, unless I feel like using my AT3K. Outdoors, sometimes I use said AT3k or my modded Super Soaker, which I have a carrying strap attached to. It can be sort of annoying to run around when not holding it, because it swings all over the place, but usually I'm using it if I brought it, anyways. So, that about sums it up.

I carry one or two guns. A stash of darts in my pockets, and sometimes a comm system, depending on game type, war size, etc.

EDIT: Crap right after I posted I saw how old this topic was. Dammit. Thus I make another stupidhead post.

Yea cause all that foam and plastic is a heavy load. Honestly, a load bearing vest? It's only NERF.

Yeah, since we know you're all wearing camo, there's about 50 pockets in those things. I think you can find space for that stuff. Do you really think the Military would wear load bearing equipment when all they needed were guns and ammo. Oh wait, I forgot, they can't go into battle without their cell phones!

I hate the person who brought this topic back. Hate.

God-Damn Viking, you're really working on that heart attack. You're so large and angry that the image in my mind transforms at once from horrifying to hilarious. I can't really explain this paradox, but I digress.

For a standard nerf battle (anything of an hour duration or less) no one should be carrying more than a primary, a back-up (perhaps 2 handguns if you have somewhere comfortable to throw one) and ammo. I've been doing this shit longer than any of you (I guarantee) and I've come to accept this as a principle of nature. More useless shit will only get in your way.

On the other hand, if you're using a longer format I can see the use for some extra gear. However, most of the shit you guys are talking about is completely superfluous. The extra gear neccessary for a full day or campaign style war is more along the lines of water and a holster for your primary than binoculors and astroglide. I mean, if it's a huge park where you are out of contact with your teamates for an extended period of time walkie-talkies with ear pieces are nice, but much beyond that and you're just talking overkill.

I ussually use a Titan or LBB as a primary, NF for a sidearm, and then a PC for a holdout weapon. That's right PC for holdout. I have a little backpack that the PC fits nicely into and holds a good amount of ammo. I have a strap on my Titan/LBB, and the NF fits in my camo cargo pocket while the other pocket holds some 50 rounds of ammo. I also carry a good supply of water since the areas I nerf around of scorching. That goes in the pack. Then, when I nerf, I carry a cell phone only to inform my parents if I need to be picked up and such. I can't drive yet so.... it comes in handy. And then I carry a bottle of Aleve. Yes Aleve, the pain killer. Ever since 3 or 4 years ago I broke my right ankle skatebourding (don't anymore) and never got help for it. I broke my left leg about 4 months ago and on the last check-up I had my doctor look at my ankle. He gave me a brace and said to take aleve for pain. When my ankles give me troulbe, I pop a pill and go on with the war. You shouldn't need a backpack or any other type of pack unless you need essential stuff (i.e. inhalers, medication, water, cellphone, car keys) or if you have an obscure gun that you use for emergencies (PC, RF20, BF). I eat shit half the game so that's why I carry such a weird type of weaponry. And no, I don't camp but actually walk around alot so my ankles get a good work-out.

Here we have a standard military black web belt. I have two U.S. M-16 pouches that fit my PC clips well. On the back of each pouch, there is a smaller pouch where I keep ammo for my DT3. I keep the DT3 clipped to the side. The PC is for quick short range shots, while the arrow shooter is for longer ranges. I can dissengage the pistol for my sidearm. Sometimes, I just take the PC and the DT3 pistol and leave the arrow launcher behind. This setup works very well for me.

You might want to try getting a spare DT3 clip attachment part and fit in to the PC somehow. Looks good.

The PC is sometimes used with a strap. I lend it to my friend so he can put it on his SM5k since it's longer.

For indoor wars: 2 TTG's as sidearm, 2 NF as secondary, BBB as backup, Xbow as primary, main weapon is titan, loser is EAB, surprise attack is 3 SSPB's, holdout is PC, rushing is RF20, and to hold back for reloading, dual maverick.

For outdoor wars:2 TTG's as sidearm, 2 NF as secondary, BBB as backup, Xbow as primary, main weapon is titan, loser is EAB, surprise attack is 3 SSPB's, holdout is PC, rushing is RF20, to hold back for reloading, dual maverick, duffel bag carrying LBB and 2 lightning blitz for uber losing and shotgunning, also 3,000 stefans + 20 metal tipped "piercing" stefans, for when they try to hide behind a a tree. Walky talky, camo suit, night vision goggles(even in day), water canteen, paper, pencil, a map, nametag "Sgt. i made a backpack out of duct tape and stuff. it is light, and carries my pc, wildfire, and a few hundred stefans i have accumulated over some time. it also has compartments for water bottles and has a waist attachment complete with holsters for my pistols. my primary is the at2k so i can easily pull out my LnL and use them both at once. i sometimes use both my pc and wf simutaneously, but the take longer to prime and i dont want to be caught pumping and trying to pull out my sidearm before i get shot. the whole backpack took up 10 rolls of duct tape.

Are you refering to the Max Shot? I can't say I know what Uncle Hammers ranges are but there are plenty of mods to be found for it on this site. I my self used CXWQs and his ranges don't lie.

Talio, there are far from 50 pockets on an LBE, besides which they are avalible in modular models so you can pick and choose how many pouches you wear. Aside from that since many of you keep bringing up the "only nerf comment" the soliders carrying cellular phones rebuke holds no water.

No, you're a cockbite and I hope your forced to watch your mother get diddled for bringing it up! This topic has been a little bit nicer then it was in the start, however, you don't need all this crap to nerf. The most I could understand is a holster for your pistol, because I know it's just a pain in the ass to carry one around in your pocket. Possible, but I know I'm constantly worried about losing it. And the point still remains, unless you need to carry supplies with you to survive, using a load bearing harness system is even geekier then I'm comfortable with and that's saying quite a bit. I count 8 pockets on a pair of fatigues, should be more then enough to hold all your crap.
