Alright! Vermont, a 13 seed, just beat Syracuse, a 4 seed! If ODU wins against Michigan, they'll play, and there will be a chance of seeing a 13 in the third round!

To a top seeded Illinios? Are you insane? It's a miracle they were only down by 1 at the half. I love my NJ schools and all, but they stand about as much chance as my Ramapo Roadrunners would, who are 04-05 NJAC champs for the first time in the school's history.

There are some sweet games going down today. Pacific vs. Washington, Arizona vs. UAB, Texas Tech vs. Gonzaga, and others. Hopefully Pacific can knock off Washington, who is pure crap. Texas Tech should have no problem beating Gonzaga (I got Knight and company going to the final four losing to Arizona). I saw Gonzaga play Winthrop at McKale thursday and I have no idea how they got in the damn tournament. Arizona will beat UAB, u of a has some damn fine talent and we're going to take it all this year! GO CATS!

Ahhh man... Bucknell lost. They fought hard though. I have more bad news.
Mississippi State, a 9 lost to Duke, a 1st. Another close game, they almost had. Don't know if any cinderellas are going to the 3rd round.

I am thinking the same thing OMC. Considering I had Syracuse as my sleeper to take out Duke and make it to the final four, this weekend was quite the let down. Oh yeah, I also had Wake picked to make the final four as well. My bracket has fallen apart before my eyes in the last 36 hours.

I still have UNC to win it over Illinois. This means I have the possibility of having two final four picks and both final teams picked out. I'm very upset with my boys (the under dogs of Pacific) for losing to Washington? Guess who had a #1 seed losing in the second round.

In any event, I didn't know that so many people were into college basketball here. I'll make a note to create a Nerfhaven group for the NCAA tournament next year on ESPN.com.

I love the fact the all 3 big ten teams have made it to the Sweet 16, ILL, MSU and my alma mater WICONSIN! Oh and what's that UW Milwaukee made it to the 3rd round too?

Any way being at MSU College of Law now means no matter what happens to MSU win or loose there's likely to be some crazy student riot. I seriously hope Duke looses just so it will Shut up Dick Viatell (sp?).

The best final four would be Arizona, Washington, UNC, and Duke. Then a Duke and Arizona rematch at the final so Salim can kick Redick in the damn face. If I had to think of the thing I hate the most, Duke would be right on top (with Oprah and Ellen's show following close behind). You have no idea how much hatred I have invested in Duke. They always got Coach K, and then one really annoying piece of crap, overrated white guy, which in this case is currently Redick. No hard feelings to all you Duke fans, its just my opinion. GO CATS!

NC State is going all the way after they beat UConn! I live two blocks from campus so if they win again things will go crazy!
