Ok my crossbow plunger has broken many times, and i have had to fix it over and over, what can i do to make it stop bending and breaking sooo much? (I am thinking maybe attaching a metal rod, or wraping it in tape or something like that..) I need help! Thanks!

Tape won't do a damn thing. Run a metal rod along the length of the shaft and epoxy it in place. Use a LOT of epoxy. Make sure the rod doesn't stick out past the plastic otherwise it may not fit in the gun right. It will also make the plunger considerably heavier so you'll need to use more tension.

I did that to mine. Worked like a charm. Then the tip broke off. I reattached it, then it broke in another place. It now sits in my basement in parts.

Well, you could always get some square steel rod, hand-cut the shape of the groove in the side where the brittleness is (probably at the catch groove), epoxy those in, and drill it for 4 small nail "bolts" for good measure. I did this, and no problems thus far. The rest of the handle will break before that goes. It just requires patience and a file (or a dremel, for the smarter people).
