Wow, they seem to allow orders as small as 6'. The sizing is kind of weird - the two options are 1/16" and 1/8" wall thickness - I'd go with 1/16" probably. Order a piece of 1/2" ID and 5/8" OD and see how close it is to those sizes. If it has good tolerances, this is a really nice find.
Also let us know how much you order and what the shipping comes out to.

Yeah, I'll let you guys know about it. I'll probably order it after school today. I was directed over to that site by someone on the spudtech.com forums while I was looking for pvc rods to make a bolt.

Of course high temps would warp it, because the safe working temp. On the site is 100 degrees, and it is a soft type of plastic.

agreed, my neighbor's 3k has PETG barrels that function like an hour-glass because he used hitemp hotglue to put on the orange rings. the barrel shrunk at this spot, and thus, the gun sucks.

The really weird thing about that is, my dad somehow knew McMaster-Carr would have PETG tubing when I asked him about it, and told me they probably had it. And then I thought nothing of it and didn't check....

Wow... I never thought it would be that temperature sensitive! Glad I stuck with superglue and epoxy in my PETG mods so far.
