well, if you're real handy with an airbrush, it wouldn't take that long.

Even if he did use an airbrush, he still went through and buzzed off all the nerf stuff, all the raised text and such (except the "Maverick rev-6"), he filled in all the screw holes. It's beautiful. The only thing he didn't do that I'm planning on doing to mine is using gap filler to close it up and clean off the mold lines, but it still looks amazing. Mad props on getting yours done before mine, but now the bar is just raised for what I have to do...

Thats hot. Price is a bit steep though, considering you couldn't mod it.

Currently: $24.35

Less the actual cost of the gun ($9.99 + $.70 Kern County sales tax): $13.66

Less the actual cost of paint and materials (estimated at $1.00): $12.66

So his bottom line is $12.66 after spending... what, 5 hours filling, sanding, masking, and painting? $2.53 an hour.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't buy it, but I can't imagine why the guy would sell it for less than $40-50. It's the same reason I almost never sell modded guns.

Im sure that he will get at least 50 bucks for that, but not from someone that intends on using it, was what I meant. There are definately people out there that would pay $50 for something that sexy. I was just saying that a nerfer would be unintelligent if they were to buy it for use in a war.

I know this is off topic, but how many guns do you have Cxwq, seeing that you've been here the longest??

It says it can't modded, but I highly doubt that. Nothing else has been done to the internals so why couldn't it be modded?

Because he filled all the screw holes and sanded them down. Try reading a little before you ask a stupid question.

Not in the game anymore, but it was great while it lasted. Thanks for the great years of fun, NH!

I don't know... I just did a quick count in, on, and around my workbench and got 81. I'd say somewhere between 90 and 100 most likely.

Just so you know, I'm a (relative) newb. I had only been on the scene for about a year and a half when I started this site.

Just picked up 6 at3ks, 2 mavs, and 2 of the new NFs. Mavs are so sweet.
