I've got to get one of those. I didn't see anything about what kind of gun it is (air, spring, ?), but I am guessing it might cock when you reload. Coincidentally, I'm heading to Chicago for spring break. Anyone know about getting nerf guns to another state, since they probably won't let me on the plane?
EDIT: I read further in the NHQ post and found it is indeed a plunger. I still don't know about the checked baggage rules, if a minor can carry a toy shotgun on an airplane[in checked baggage].

Okto, I think I need to come out and say this to you.

I don't like you. I don't like your replies or posting style in general. I find your comments for the most part unhelpful to the other members and not productive to the conversation. I am in no way saying that I am perfect, but you post so much that I feel like you are clogging this site with unproductive bullshit.

I have one and the darts usually shoot about a foot apart. But I can pull the trigger to fire one at a time which is very accurate.

Its very nice. I have always been looking for a gun that fires one dart after another to use as a side arm. The thing I don't like is that it only comes with 4 shells.

I just bought two, they are pretty sweet right out of the box. I'm trying to find a way to make more shells for it. right now i'm looking into using barrels from old AT2K turrets

So 1/2" pvc just doesn't fit inside there? Mmmm....time to pull out the one inch belt sander! How is the durability? Would you buy two or three just because it could break or because it is just so cool?

Just cause it's cool. I have one, it shoots 20' stock, and I STILL like it. Although I think drilling out the shells would really help. Oh, and if you only have one and get rid of the shell-ejection ability, I hate you. I honestly don't think it's good enough to be a primary with some of the other guns out there, but it's definately one of the coolest guns around that I'm aware of.

Oh, and it's really not THAT brittle of plastic- certainly not nerf-grade, but not like the $1 store gun grade plastic.

I got one of these today and it is awesome and a lot of fun to use. The shell ejection is cool, and I like being able to flip the barrels in place one-handed after cocking. I'm not too impressed with the range though, but I guess I'll just have to work on that.

I just went to a K-mart in Pennsylvania and they didn't have any. All they had was the tek10, tek6 and ball blaster. Do you really need the long barrels on the gun? They could be decreasing range because they are so long.

Did anyone else notice that at NHQ Tricksleeves claims 42' flat? Could it be an inconsistency in production, or is it just common measure inflation? Seems like if the plastic was just molded a touch wrong, the barrel and shell seal would be very inefficient.

It is inefficient. Try this- Shoot the gun at your face without shells, at your hand and see the air amount. Then, use the shells, with the pegs taken out of course (without darts), and fire at your hand. The airhole doesn't line up exactly or something, but you get less air, which means the seal sucks.

That is SO awesome. Excuse me while I wipe up my drool. If I pass a K-Mart I will definatly stop to pick one or two up.

How large are the shells? Could it be possibe to replace it with PVC, then you could have a bunch of shells and stefans could be used?
